Lead the on-site delivery of local energy storage projects in Europe, including equipment installation guidance, system commissioning, acceptance inspection, and other links, to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and with high quality.
Be responsible for the daily maintenance and regular inspection of energy storage systems, timely identify and resolve faults during system operation, formulate maintenance plans, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the systems.
Possess the ability to locate on-site issues of energy storage systems, investigate the causes of technical problems occurring in core equipment such as energy storage Power Conversion Systems (PCS) and electrochemical energy storage batteries, and provide solutions.
Maintain close communication with local customers, provide professional technical consulting services, collect customer feedback, coordinate internal resources to address customer demands, and improve the customer service experience.
Collaborate closely with the company’s R&D, sales, and other departments, transmit on-site project information, customer needs, and technical issues, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Be responsible for the compilation and management of various documents during project delivery and maintenance, such as delivery reports, maintenance records, fault analysis reports, etc., and regularly report work progress to superiors.
Based locally in Europe (Germany/Netherlands/Poland) and able to adapt to short-term business trips within the European region.
Possess fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and be able to use English for document writing and customer communication. Proficiency in a minor language (German, French, Spanish, etc.) is preferred.
Have more than 2 years of work experience related to energy storage system maintenance and be familiar with the on-site operation process of energy storage projects.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, new energy or related majors, with solid electrical theoretical knowledge and professional literacy in the new energy industry; be familiar with the working principles, operation methods and maintenance key points of energy storage PCS, and understand the characteristics, performance parameters and safety management requirements of electrochemical energy storage batteries.
Have the ability to locate on-site issues of energy storage systems, independently complete fault diagnosis and repair of energy storage systems, and master the use of relevant testing instruments and tools.
Possess good project management capabilities, be able to reasonably plan project delivery schedules, coordinate project resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
Have excellent organizational skills and cross-departmental communication and coordination capabilities, and effectively promote collaboration between internal departments and external partners to resolve various issues in projects.
Have a strong sense of service, be customer demand-oriented, proactively deliver high-quality technical support and services, and maintain strong customer relationships.
